If its drawn out properly and players sign on the waiver that the 'buy in's' are charitable donations and no one is making profit on the fun tournament for charity it can be done
Charity so called "gambling" events happen all the time. Long as the state knows the hosting party is just having it for donations and no one is winning except the charity.. and players aren't making off with a profit besides a tax write off for donating to charity, should be fine

It is. Egg yolk infusion is underrated. Fruity pebbles directly in it and then strained out produces a delicious pate a bombe which can then be used to make semifreddo that tastes like a bowl of the cereal
Infuse a cup and a quarter cream with a cup of fruity pebbles cereal and a tbsp brown sugar overnight
Strain, you should get about a cup of cream. If under a cup (it will depend on the cereal) add cream up the cup line of your measuring cup.
Whip the cream into medium peaks with a tablespoon of milk powder and set aside in fridge. Taste it and you made cereal whipped cream.
Now separate 4 eggs into yolks and whites. You'll need a half cup of sugar too. The process is the same for each. You're going to whip an egg part in a bowl before moving it over a pan of simmering water and adding some additional ingredients until the sugar dissolves and then straining and whipping them in new bowls until the desired volume is reached. Do these one at a time. For the yolks do 1/8 cup crushed cereal and 1/4 cup sugar and for whites do the same amount of cereal but switch out 1/8th of the sugar for 1/8th cup milk powder. When you have the yolks strained out whip them in the bowl until they double in size and you can make ribbons when you draw out your mixing device. This is pate a bombe. The whites you will beat until medium stiff peaks. This is meringue.
Get your cream out because it's time to fold. Take the meringue and pour about a third of it into the pate a bombe. Now using a spatula carefully and slowly scrape from back to front and then lifting the pate bombe over the meringue thus gently mixing them. Do this two to three times and then rotate 90 degrees. Do this until combined and no streaks are seen then add another third and repeat until all the meringue is incorporated.
Now fold the cream into the pate a bombe and meringue mixture in thirds. Taste it. You made a mousse. It should taste like a bowl of cereal.
Time now to pop it into the freezer for 4-8 hours. Take it out and eat. You just made cereal semifreddo.
I heard of something being made with fruity pebbles in this cooking show a few years ago, either Guy’s Grocery Games or Supermarket Stakeout. In both shows chefs have to make food using various items in a supermarket, often times completely re-engineering food into a completely different form. For example, making a high end dinner with cheese doodles, grape soda, sardines, and frozen waffles.
High end with those ingredients would be hard for me. Though I have no clue what high end is. I would probably make a salad and use the waffles to make croutons and bread up the chicken with the cheese curls and fry it. I would debone the sardines and puree into a paste and mix it with reduced grape soda with vinegar to form a Caesar salad inspired vinegrette. Did you find your pebbles?
That’s the challenge and why the show is popular lol. Sometimes they restrict what isles the chefs can use, like no dairy isle or no fresh fruit…..or they can only make a meal from food in a can.

One does not use a camping stove/grill indoors. I don't think anyone was thinking about using heat. What is the food policy like? Can I make peanut butter sandwiches in the privacy of my room for example?
MD
03:36
Mr. DeWolfe
Sure. That's not "cooking" it's more like. Making a sandwich without a gas grill.
03:38
Like, I strongly discourage the use of a white gas stove in the confines of a hotel room.

I really hope this is staged. Melted plastic would stick to skin.
MW
13:26
Mike Wolf
Dunno.
13:31
Feels staged cause like they were blocking the view of the food when it caught fire and how it was edited was weird cause in one frame the tongs was next to the food and next it was in her paw only to then toss it? Why toss it? Why was she gesturing so excitedly off camera?
13:40
Plus I highly doubt synthetic fur would ignite that easily and that violently unless something was added to it. In addition, unless there were multiple cameras setup why would there even be a closeup of the food and at such a weird focus? You’d center the shot with the food in the middle not off to the side.
I somehow think we would have heard about someone lighting themselves up with a grill. I do tend to flip sandwiches with my fingers but never when on fire
Anybody have an old ratty fursuit we can embed a tracker into?
